$200 Giveaway Contest Official Rules – Runs July 29, 2008 through September 25, 2008
To enter, email reviews@suburbandoghouse.com and provide all the required information. Required information is full name, complete mailing address, valid email address, phone number, product name or item number, and review. The $200 Giveaway Contest drawing is open to email subscribers of SuburbanDogHouse.com. The Giveaway begins on July 29, 2008 and deadline for entry is September 25, 2008, midnight Eastern Time. Drawing will take place on or about October 3, 2008 and two winners will be notified October 6th by the email supplied during entry. The winners will each be awarded a $100 store gift certificate for SuburbanDogHouse.com. The Store Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or offered for resale. One entry and email address per person. Two winners will be randomly selected to win the prize. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. The Store Certificates will be sent by email to the email address used to enter the contest. SuburbanDogHouse.com will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, or misdirected entries due to any reason. Entries submitted using any kind of bot or automated technology will be deleted. Only two winners randomly selected by Sponsor may receive the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize by October 30, 2008, it will be awarded to an alternate randomly selected winner who will be given a new deadline to respond. If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. The winner's name will be available by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to SuburbanDogHouse, Inc., $200 Giveaway Contest Winners Request, 130 West Main Street, Suite 144, PMB 323, Trappe, PA 19426 after November 15th 2008. By entering this sweepstakes you agree to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for this purpose. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliated companies, owners, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance of use of any prize won. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes (including state and local sales or use taxes). Void where prohibited by law.
SuburbanDogHouse.com reserves the right to not publish any offensive or fictitious product review. Reviews will be published at the Sponsors discretion. If your review is not published, you are not entered in the contest and eligible for a prize.
